The St. Cletus Dance-a-Thon will take place during school on May 24, 2019.
What’s fun about this dance-a-thon? Each grade will be paired with their buddies for 30 minutes of dancing. It’s a great way to let off energy on the last day of school before the long Memorial Day Weekend.
What is each student’s fundraising goal? We are asking that each student set a goal of raising $100 through pledges from family members, friends, and neighbors.
Why are we having a dance-a-thon? The alternative to fundraising is to increase tuition to cover our school’s operating expenses. Aside from keeping tuition low, having a fundraiser of this type provides an opportunity to seek funds beyond our school parents. It also gives the students a role in helping to make Catholic education accessible to as many families as possible.
How should students obtain donations? Students may collect donations using the pledge form or they may forward this page to those wishing to donate online.
Are there awards for students who meet their fundraising goal? Yes! Each student who raises $100 will receive a dress down day. Also, the classroom with the highest participation rate will earn an ice cream party.
