Happy Catholic Schools’ Week!
This week will be full of FUN in addition to learning.
Science: We are continuing to learn about ecosystems, and how different situations change the environment (fire/volcanic eruption/pollution/humans). On Friday we will be researching an endangered species.
Social Studies: We are continuing to learn about the events leading up to the Revolutionary War, and how our Great Country came to be. We will be having an open-book test over Chapter 8 on Friday.
English/Language Arts: We will be finishing our novel, The Witch of Blackbird Pond, this week. We will be starting a short unit on poetry, and the students will be reading their chosen book for the book report project that will be due March 1st.
Math: Students are learning about adding with decimals with Ms. Russell
SEL: We will be talking about peer conflict and how to manage these types of situations
Religion: We are continuing to learn about the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.
