Happy Friday! Another great week in JK! St. Patrick’s day was a hoot, The leprechaun, Tiny McFinn got away from our trap, but he left us some rocks and green water and a surprise of a Gold Coin inside. It was a fun day had by all!
Spring has sprung! Just as started to see the signs of Spring , it snows. Nothing like Spring in Chicago! I’m so glad we got our Wednesday for our walk to see signs of Spring.. Phew! So fun to see the buds on the trees and plants starting to break through.
Religion: We learned about St, Patrick, St. Joseph, and the Holy Trinity this week. We are continuing to pick a JK Family name and pray the Our Father for a JK Family.
Math: We have been graphing , counting, and building teen numbers daily. Numbers are all around us!
Literacy: We will be continuing with rhyming words and adding POPcorn words. POP corn words are words that show up in our Daily message that the kids can easily recognize.
Science: Watching for signs of spring!
