Full Day Preschool-November 20, 2021

Looking Back…
*The Christmas spirit is in full swing in Preschool!  We began practicing our Christmas songs for our Dec. 21st program!
*Our Thanksgiving handprints kept us busy this week.  Mrs. Patty and Mrs. Fary did a fantastic job!  This special gift was made with our very own hands.  Thank you so much to Mrs. Barba for her donation of the canvas squares!  Our pumpkin centerpieces and turkey square collages will be great additions to your Thanksgiving celebrations.
*We learned all about the letter “Jj” and made jellyfish.  Jolly Phonics and our jiggly jello song was j-j-j-just so much fun!
*Gratitude was our continuing theme throughout the week.  We are grateful for our food and took a trip to the food donation box at the Rectory.  Thank you for all of the generous food donations.  Our 6th Grade Buddies walked with us to deliver our food.
*Paige’s birthday celebration took place on Monday.  Thanks for the Rice Krispie treats and the tic-tac-toe games.  Happy Birthday, Paige!
*Our Cool Cat of the Week was Gemma.  We really enjoyed her Pout Pout Fish book.

I would like to wish a very Happy Thanksgiving to all of the Preschool Families.  I am so grateful to be with all of you at Saint Cletus School!  Thank you for all of your support and kindness and for sharing your children with me!  Also, I am very grateful for my wonderful assistants, Mrs. Patty and Mrs. Fary!  I certainly couldn’t imagine our classroom without them.
I hope you enjoy your break together.  I am looking forward to celebrating the Christmas season with all of the kiddos from Preschool when we return.  This year is flying by way too fast!
