Our week started with our Easter Egg Hunt. Although the Spring weather did not cooperate, we still had lots of fun finding hidden eggs in our classroom on the hot wheels ramp, in the workshop, all over the shelves and many other familiar spots. A great time was had by all. Thank you again for all of the candy donations. Your generosity made our egg hunt possible:) As you can see above….our baskets were FULL to the brim. Our letter “Uu” craftivity was an umbrella with lots of rain coming down. Perfect for the rainy day we created them. We read the story of Easter and each child recieved a mini-book to keep. Also, we created an Easter centerpiece to celebrate that Jesus came alive again. When we return from our break, we will celebrate Spring as a time for new life. There are only 5 more letters we will focus on before ending the alphabet and “Vv” will be our next letter. I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Easter and an enjoyable Spring Break. I look forward to seeing everyone April 8th!
