Happy Friday Families!
This week, we had so much fun celebrating St. Patrick’s Day while learning through hands-on activities!
Here’s what we’ve been up to:
-
🌈 Sorted gold letter coins and matched them to the correct squares on our letter carpet
-
🔢 Used counting cubes to create and build St. Patrick’s Day themed pictures
-
💰 Discovered hidden “treasure” in our sensory bin—such a fun surprise!
-
✏️ Practiced recognizing and working with our letter of the week: V
-
🌋 Created a volcano craft to go along with our letter V learning
-
🎨 Practiced rainbow order by making colorful dot art rainbows
We loved combining learning with a little St. Patrick’s Day magic this week!
*We are hosting a class Easter Egg hunt on Wednesday, April 1. We ask that each child brings in 6 standard size filled plastic eggs by Monday, March 30. Please let me know if you don’t think this is feasible and Mrs. Ryan & I will happily supply the eggs for your child.
