Pre-K 3 Newsletter March 27

This week, we had a weather filled week learning about Spring!

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

• 🌼 Learned that in spring, birds start chirping, flower buds begin to grow, and worms become very active
•  Played a fun game called “Wobbly Worm” and practiced throwing rings around the worm
• 🐥 Enjoyed sensory play with rubber ducks in our water table
• ☁️ Created cumulus clouds using fluffy cloud paint while learning about stratus and cumulus clouds
• ✏️ Practiced recognizing and working with our letter of the week: W
• 🐛 Made a “W is for Worm” craft to go along with our letter learning

We had so much fun exploring all the signs of spring this week!

Saturday, March 28- 9-10AM Pre-k-3rd Grade Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard

Monday, March 30- Panera D4D LaGrange Park Location 4PM-8PM

*We are hosting a class Easter Egg hunt on Wednesday, April 1. We ask that each child brings in 6 standard size filled plastic eggs by Monday, March 30. Please let me know if you don’t think this is feasible and Mrs. Ryan & I will happily supply the eggs for your child.

*If you’re interested in buying a yearbook, you can purchase the 2025-2026 school yearbook by May 1, 2026! The cost is $26.79 for a softcover and $33.37 for a hardcover (plus tax). Here is the link.
