Another great week in JK! We learned about different planets, read great space books, made rockets and had fun centers.
We hope your kids have been sharing all the new facts with you!
The kids also planted flowers with Mrs. Jacobs today, and they added the spots with paint on their thumbs on the ladybugs pots outside our classroom door!
Some fun questions for your kids:
- What planet is closet to the earth? (Mars)
- How did the Artemis 2 crew sleep?
- What color flower did you plant today?
Religion: We have been talking all about our blessings this week and how god show’s us his love.
Literature: The kids are doing AMAZING with the POPcorn words. and finding them in the daily message. They are feeling so proud and confident.
Math: Tally marks, dice games, and lots of counting and number recognition.
Science: The week ahead we will be studying dinosaurs!
