This week..we had an opportunity to get up close and personal with science. On Wednesday, we attended an assembly presented by an atmospheric scientist and storm chaser. We also had an opportunity to test out the new playground equipment. Continuing with our “Friday Geometry” lessons, the students had fun understanding sides and angles, as they modeled shapes with skewers and marshmallows. Reminder, Field Trip permission slip and fee are due on Friday, October 27th.
Next weeks is Red Ribbon week. Students are encouraged to make healthy choices for their body and mind. Various activities are planned for each day. Monday, October 23rd is crazy sock day.
