Good afternoon 6th grade families!
We have been so busy in 6th grade this past month! We made blankets with our buddies, which was so fun and for such a great cause. We also had an old friend stop in and visit the class. The students were very excited! We celebrated Read Across America week also! We were able to go into the library to play a variety of games together as well! We have finished our Ancient Egypt unit and will be moving on to our next Ancient Civilization. We have also finished up with volume! Students have started a new book titled “The Little Prince” to prepare us for our next Battle of the Books. The students enjoyed it the first time around and we are looking forward to the next one!
We also have a volunteer opportunity for our 6th grade students! please consider signing up to volunteer for the Pancake breakfast!
