Spring is in the air… I can feel it! Even if we have a few snowflakes here and there!
We had a fun full week of learning, and fresh air too! We are on filling our hearts with reminders of lent.
Not sure if you heard, but we have Leprechaun… Paddy O’ Shamrock, who has moved into our room and made himself quite cozy. He has been up to some real shenanigans, but I can hardly wait to see what Monday brings.
Next week we will be getting ready for St. Patrick’s day, and St. Joseph’s Saint Day too!
Religion: Tuesday 8am mass. We are focusing on lots of prayer this LENT. Please practice the Our Father with your kids at night. We say that prayer each day when we pray for a new JK family. I hope your kids are filling up their butterflies at home with kind deeds.
Literature: We will be rhyming and reviewing letter sounds and Adding a new POPcorn word this week! We will be reading all things St. Patricks day related!
Math: We will be counting coins and shamrocks and working on number recognition this week.
Science/ Social Studies: We will be paying close attention to all things spring coming to life.
