What a great week in JK! We have been blessed again with beautiful weather this week. We have recess after lunch everyday. It can still be chilly, but the fresh air and movement is so important to the healthy development of the young child, and it’s a whole lot of fun! The kids run around, and play games. And with our new Playground, these kids LOVE to play there too!
A few Questions for your children:
- Did you like making the homemade butter? Did you enjoy eating it on the Saltine?
- What is the motion for the letter “J”?
- Can you sing the Turkey song?
Religion: The Grateful Pumpkin continues, and your kids have been taking turns filling in the blanks for what they are Grateful for. We have a Thanksgiving Prayer service we will be attending at 10am on Tuesday. Also, make sure to mark your calendars for the Christmas Program December 20th at 9:30am
Literacy: We will be reviewing Jolly Phonics next week!
Math: We will continue math games and counting fun on the Smartboard at calendar
Science: Turkey fun facts
