🐞Happy Friday Families!🐞

This week, our theme was bugs! We learned how bugs help our plants grow and keep our Earth clean and healthy—perfect for celebrating Earth Day!

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

  • 🌎 Created a fun Earth Day craft using markers on coffee filters and spraying them with water to make our own Earths.
  • 🐛 Made our own Very Hungry Caterpillars using pipe cleaners and beads.
  • ✨ Practiced letter recognition with lightning bug letters, using magnetic bingo chips and wands to find the correct matches.
  • 🌱 Explored our sensory bin by searching for W, X, and Y letters in the grass using tweezers.
  • 🌿 Took care of our grass heads, which now have HAIR! We loved watering them and watching them grow
  • ✏️ Learned about our letter of the week: Y and made a “Y is for Yak” craft

We are so excited that we only have one more letter left in the alphabet!
