What a week this has been! We talked so much about apples; how they grow, how they get from the orchard to the grocery store, what different things they can be used for… The list goes on! We are still really focusing on our teen numbers. 16 and 17 are left out quite often and I want to make sure that we aren’t skipping anything. Next week in Math we will also begin making our interactive journal. This is something new for PreK, but it looks like a lot of fun! In religion we are wrapping up Unit 1: God Made Me and we will begin Unit 2: I can discover where we will take a look at our 5 senses. We also finished our week with the letter I. We are on our way to putting these sounds together so that we can start sounding out words.
EXCITING NEWS!
Our new school playground is officially open for our early childhood kids! We were able to spend some time this afternoon outside and our Little Cardinals Moms brought us popsicles to enjoy! Make sure to look at the pictures below and ask your child about it.
