Here is what is going on in the classroom!
Math: We have been looking at Division with remainders. In class we have looked at how to interpret the remainder through word problems. Keep practicing those multiplication facts so that division is easier!
Reading: We finished reading Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing and have been looking at different comprehension activities. We will begin our next chapter book when we return from Thanksgiving break.
Religion: We will begin Lesson 6, Learning about God’s Law. In this unit we will look at the Ten Commandments and how those are the laws in which God wants us to live by.
Social Studies: We have started our next region, The West. We will be looking at the geography, climate, resources and land formations. Get ready to help your student study the next set of Capitals! (Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii).
