Welcome Back!
This week in DLI Pre K we started off strong with starting a new month as well as having a week full of snow. We had the chance to go outside and enjoy ourselves.
This week we focused on Letra J de Jaime Jaguar. We truly like him and we got to learn the letters with the vowels. We also began talking about El nacimiento de Bebé Jesús. Our students were able to connect that Jesus starts with the letter of the week (Jj).
We keep using our Heggerty book for our phonemic awareness and students are truly getting an understanding of rhyming words, combining syllables, and adding or taking away syllables in a word. We also, practice our zoophonics daily.
