We had Seussical week in JK! We finished off our Dr. Seuss week with a bunch of fun centers in MH with our buddies! Bingo, coloring, memory, books and fun dice game to name a few!
Next week is all about St. Patrick’s day, all things Ireland and welcoming Spring!!
Questions for your children:
- Did you have a classroom job?
- What snacks do your tablemates eat?
- Did you make a Thing 1 or Thing 2 with silly blue hair?
Religion: We are focusing on LENT and prayers for all our wonderful JK families. Please practice the Our Father with you children at Bedtime, you may be surprised at how close they are to knowing it.
Literature: These kids love to Rhyme. If you get a chance to ask your kids what rhymes with CAT-they should be able to give you quite a few words. This is a fun game while in the car or even waiting for dinner.
Math: We will be counting lots of gold coins and shamrocks this next week.
Science/Social Studies: All things Ireland and St. Patrick’s day!
