May is off to a busy start. We all had a great time at the Shedd Aquarium! Thank you to all the chaperones that were able to come with us. We could not have had such a wonderful experience without you!!
Math– We continue to learn more about fractions with adding and subtracting with like denominators.
Spelling– Our focus this week is words with the -er ending.
ELA– We are wrapping up our animal research activity and will be shifting our focus to an end of the year reflection piece.
Science– We continue to talk about energy and how it is transferred via many objects. Right now our focus is on water energy and how waves play such an important role.
Religion– The class just wrapped up the AOC Religion Assessment and they all did a great job! Their hard work this year has truly paid off! As the year continues, we will keep learning about the 10 commandments.
