Our DLI Students have been working very hard learning their Letter of the week, la letra H and its sound with las vocales. Hector Hipopotamo made his grand entrance this week. It was so fun to have our students ask why letter H with the vocals in Spanish sounded just like A, E, I, O, U. We have also been listening, practicing and learning a weekly song during Heggerty each week. We also learned about our body in spanish. We learned where each body part is located and did some dancing with Cabeza, hombros, Rodillas and pies.

Our students also talked about ways in which they can show their gratitude as well as things or people that they are grateful for. In addition we want to thank all for your kind cereal box donations, the Domino Effect was a great success.
