Good morning, parents! This week is flying by, but we are really moving ahead in Superkids! We are starting Unit 2 on Friday, and are enjoying the different components of this reading program. We have a visitor from the Superkids program coming in on Friday to see the how far we’ve come.
Next week is “Red Ribbon Week” and we take this time to celebrate living drug free, as well as being kind to our mind.
Monday- Crazy Sock day- Students wear school uniforms with crazy socks. Red ribbons are given to wear.
Tuesday- Regular uniform day. Buddies and board games. Bring a RED canned/boxed food item.
Wednesday- Pajama day and read! Children can wear pajamas to school and we will read in our comfy pj’s.
Thursday- Say “Boo” to drugs. Dress down in orange and black.
Friday- We are drug free! Staff and students wear red to show our healthy side. “Red Out!”
St. Cletus school is a very busy place, and we have many other activities currently going on. There is a Parish Bon Fire on Oct. 28, 2023 from 6-8 pm behind the church. On Oct. 29 @ 10:30 am, we have our School Family Mass. On Oct. 31, we have our “trick or trunk” starting at 12:45. Classroom parties are scheduled according to the classroom teacher, so please check with the teacher regarding these details.
Have a wonderful weekend, and enjoy the beautiful weather!
