We had a great week in JK, it was cold, but we kept it fun with indoor recess, and walks around the school ( I think the teachers lounge was a highlight, they got a kick out of that:) )
Today we bundled up and got outside for a walk and it felt amazing! Lots of fun outdoor ahead for next week.
We have been reading different books and talking about emotions. The children were very excited and worked VERY hard on the monsters they brought home today. The kids have loved these stories, and talking about their feelings. We will continue working on emotions next week as well!
Frozen Jr is next being performed next Thursday and Friday.. We are so excited to watch the dress rehearsal on Thursday. Bring out your families for the show… They will love it!
Frozen Jr Tickets Feb 27th and Feb 28th!
What a great way to wrap up our week of emotions:)

Religion: We will continue to sing, pray and show and notice God’s love Daily. We have Mass on Tuesday at 8am.
Literacy: We will keep working on proper letter formation, jolly phonics review and and phonemic awareness.
Math: Our number work continues as we use manipulatives to show teen numbers. We will also continue the name game of tally marks on the smartboard, the kids love that. Patterns, graphing, and many other math games are played daily in centers.
