Fall is here and we are really enjoying the weather!
Wow, we are now 6 weeks into the school year, and seeing lots of friendships being made, and social emotional growth in all of your children. They are finding their own voices, while using manners and treating their friends with respect and kindness. We hope you are seeing all these great traits at home too!
Some things to ask your children:
- Did Bubbles smile for his picture on Picture day?
- Did you like spiraling the apples and making apple sauce?
- Did you try and like the apple sauce?
- What special shape is inside the apple?
Religion: God asks us one thing and that is to love one another. We look at ways Gods shows his love for us each day. We see it in sunrises, rain, flowers, birds and etc. Next week we will be talking about the Golden Rule. and continue to find ways God shows his love for us.
Literacy: This week in Jolly Phonics, we will be learning the letter “C”.
Math: We are making graphs, patterns, and number formations we day!
Science: Pumpkins and all things Fall!
I hope you are all able to take some time this weekend to get out and enjoy the change of seasons. We have lots of amazing Forest preserves and trails in the area, Graue Mill and Little Red School House are close by and a have awesome trails to for the whole family to get out and enjoy the fall weather!
Have a wonderful weekend!
