We had a great week in JK!
I’m sure your kids told you, we made some changes to the JK room. Thanks to University of Notre Dame DLI, they gave the Early Childhood classrooms some money to purchase new classroom items!
Your kids have been very excited.. and they have so much more to see:)
Thinks to ask you kids this week:
- What new things are in the kitchen?
- Where are the baby dolls?
- Whose family name did we pick today? (Conor G.)
Religion: We talked about the Stations of the Cross today, in a age appropriate way, and we will be visiting them in church next week.
Literacy: We now have POPcorn words in our Morning Message. We will continue to add more in the weeks to come.
Math: We are playing lots of good number games and now working on numbers 20-30 on our calendar!
Social Studies/Science: Spring gives us the perfect chance to see the world in full bloom! We will continue to look for new growth outside and all that Spring has to offer us!
