Happy Friday Families!
Here is what we did in Pre-K 3 this week!
.
Looking back…
*We focused on St. Patrick’s Day and the letter Ww this week!
*We learned that March 19 is St. Joseph’s Day and Joseph was Jesus’s father, he was a carpenter.
*We practiced our shapes and colors in art class this week, Mrs. Ryan led our lesson!
*We celebrated TWO birthdays this week, Happy Birthday to James and Addie!
.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR…

.
REMINDERS…
*We will be participating in the book fair at the end of the month! On Tuesday, March 25 we will browse as a class and your student will come home with a list of ‘wants’. If you choose, please send the list back with what your child is approved to buy and the money to cover those items! The book fair will be open after school on Wednesday, March 26 from 3-4 PM if you’d prefer to buy then!
.
**NJHS is collecting supplies for the Anti Cruelty Society. You can bring in canned or dry dog food, cat food, recycled newspapers, and old towels. The drive ends Friday, March 28!
.
Let’s Give Them Something to Talk About…
Below are some suggestions to engage your child in a conversation about what they did at school!
*What are some words that start with the letter Ww (whale, wave, wagon, watermelon)?
*What did you do in Art this week? (Matched and colored shapes)
*What was your letter of the week? (Letter W)
*What was your favorite center this week? (Coloring, Kitchen, Gold coin name match, St. Patrick’s Day cube pictures, Squigz, Lucky Charm felt board)
.
Have an amazing weekend,
.
