Preschool 3-November 3, 2023

Our week was full of fun Fall learning and activities!  The above pictures tell it all:)  First, I would like to thank all of the Preschool families for your donations for our Halloween party!  We had a wonderful time playing games, trick-or-treating, creating and sharing many spooktacular snacks.  Thanks to our adult volunteers for helping out that day.  Our class parent representative, Mrs. D’Angelo, did a fantastic job planning our party.  Thank you, Mrs. D’Angelo:)
Our class pumpkin was carved and we were able to use our senses to feel and smell the inside of the pumpkin.  After, we decorated our pumpkin with lots of alphabet stickers.  Our letter “Ff” craftivity, Silly Frankenstein, is hanging on our learning line, along with our patchwork pumpkins.  Our math centers were all about counting pumpkins and leaves this week.  You just never know what new things we will be counting on our ten frames each week!  Last, we welcomed our new month on our classroom calendar and our ECLIP calendar.  Check out our new ECLIP vocabulary below for the month of November.
Next week will be all about turkeys, sorting Halloween candy, the AB pattern, gratitude and our new letter, Gg.

DISGUISE A TURKEY PROJECT…
Last Friday, our Disguise a Turkeys went home.  Directions were included.  These family projects are due on Wednesday, November 8.  They can be turned in earlier, if finished.  They will be displayed in our hall for the month of November.  Parents, you will be able to view them on Parent Teacher Conference Day, November 21.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Be creative and have lots of fun!
